I should have put that in quotes to avoid confusion. I’ll edit :)

I’ve known (or dated) a few conservative men who refused to get vasectomies because they “lower testosterone”. And, of course that means they’re less of a man (to themselves and others who think that way).
The parents won’t be the ones parenting, they’ll be working. The grandparents and great grandparents will be parenting
I’ve tried ket twice, and the first time was unforgettable. I remember feeling so incredibly alone, even though I was at the biggest party I think I’ve been to. I need that interconnection you get from the other ones like lsd or mdma.
That whole paragraph is probably a commentary on my life lol
Psychedelics were instrumental in keeping me alive after the events that caused my ptsd in the military. But I really don’t think it was just the drugs, I think it was also that using the drugs usually meant being in a “safe” place. There are people who will try to abuse you under the influence of the drugs, but they aren’t (usually) welcome in the groups. I would give one or both of my arms to be able to go back to that time and place, but like the article brings up, I need some medication to keep me going that interacts with most of my psychedelic choices. (also, of all of them ket would be my last choice. I never understood why it’s so popular lol)
When trying to identify a plant, its characteristics are what you go by. This page has some that you can use for this plant, though you’ll need a dissecting microscope most likely for some things, like stamens (the things that have pollen).

I’m not in retail anymore, and I never did clothing retail, but working in theater costuming has really changed my ideas. Like, I know I am fat because at my height and weight my bmi puts me well in obese territory. But measuring people a few inches taller has put an interesting spin in my head. I know someone with the same bust size who is three inches taller and now I understand why some “large” sizes will fit both of us even though by size my cup is several sizes larger than her.
People have been telling me for years that I’m “not fat”. I know they are delusional because of the numbers, but seeing other people with similar measurements does actually put it into perspective.
Sometimes being my flavor of neuro divergent really sucks lmao. I do not have a favorite food. I don’t even really have a favorite flavor. I don’t even like to drink coffee multiple days a week, which is why I have a cabinet with 30 odd types of teas and tisanes.
I don’t even have a favorite texture or flavor profile of food. I definitely prefer bitter and spicy to sweet, but that’s about it. And I find the act of eating comforting in itself, but I have nothing I can point to as a comfort food.
Thank you for editing. It is a good comment, sorry I got a little lost on my way through it
I’m sorry, do you mean shawl? I’ve been having a hard time reading and understanding things lately, so I tried Googling “shaw” and found a bunch of people named that which is extra confusing in this context
No. This article didn’t really say anything new if you’ve been keeping up on mp studies over the years, it’s a review. It mostly talked about the pervasiveness of mp in the environment, accumulation in animals and humans, and sources. It briefly mentioned autoimmune issues and cancer as effects at the end of the article.
Every animal I’ve had has reacted to my playing of a flute or ocarina. They ignore my piano and guitar tho lol
I think you can try both at the same time actually.
You got an awesome taste from your friends on what clothing design can be. Do you have a theater in your school, or a local professional one? You can try costume design for more of the “this is what it’s like as work” idea. I’m not going to lie, you might even find work as a sculptor in theater, but your background in sculpting will definitely feed your experience as a costume designer or even just in costume construction. So you could spend two years in consume construction as a hobby and decide that’s what you really do, then move into a master program with fashion design.
It’s stupid if you edit the amount.
Edit: this used to be 5+. So view the other amounts OP edited with this thought in mind
I’m still a little surprised it made the words correctly spelled on the sign
The great Speak No Evil god is shocked at the things he’s heard, and has punished those who have offended him by removing their mouths. Warnings have been posted on most city blocks so others do not suffer their fate.
A storefront with a television in the window. On the television is a monkey with his hand over his mouth. The store has a sign that says ‘Speak no Evil!’ in bold red letters. Humans walking past have solid skin in place of mouths. The humans look puzzled or concerned. The storefront window is slightly cracked. The style is more anime like.
I’m assuming it’s because most people do not keep their cats indoors here. This is a very agricultural area. So quite a lot of cats are shop/barn cats. The cat I adopted in this state is actually tattooed, but I adopted him from a shelter a little over 200 miles away and things start becoming much more urban the further in that direction you go from my “city”.
The cheaper (or often free) cat sterilization clinics near me clip ears instead of tattoo even if the animal is owned and indoor only.

John Deere and a few others recently paid like 20m to build a diesel tech training center for my university that includes several large vehicle bays and a fuel development lab, with the expectation the students would work for their companies after graduation. It’s starting to look like these kids will be opening their own businesses and ending the cycle of ripping off farmers in the community.
As a former mechanic with lots of lovely health issues before even hitting 40, I really hope they do work for themselves so they can get out of the grunt work when they are my age and still earn from their experience
