Sorry for the rant, just looking for anyone at all who maybe has experience working with this as I have been tasked with trying to make Shifts work for our organization

What is the point of this app? Did Microsoft even try when creating this functionality? You have to be an owner of the team to be able to approve requests and edit shifts, you can’t edit time sheet from anything but the mobile app. Why even let the user clock in from desktop if they can’t edit the time sheet? Why on earth would they make the choice to limit this setting to just the mobile app?

What about organizations that don’t allow BYOD? Are you just supposed to buy a phone or tablet for a frontline worker just so they can fix the time clock? Why can’t their manager fix their time sheet?

I must be missing something right?
