So hang on, does that mean that they are going to be fully subscription based moving forward? Because they’re phasing out the older models with no replacement. If so, then that sucks.
It’s a fun tool for me personally but not something I’d be willing to pay money for right now.
I believe that is still only for paid API and ChatGPT Plus.

No, not that I have seen. The free version of ChatGPT still provides access to the GPT-3.5 model. I don’t think that is going anywhere.
The deprecated stuff seems to apply to the various older models that are available to developers that use the API.
But, wasn’t 3.5 phase out for the newer 3.5turbo model a few month ago? I might be misremembering the details.
